They are rare and very valuable as they pass the gait on to their offspring 100% of the time. 

They are indeed the smoothest gaited horse in the world, naturally. With less than 600 good breeding stock left in the world, we do need to market this breed. 

All their ancestors came over from Spain in 1493 and on. This was for the exploration of the new world. 

The Puerto Rican "PUEROS" have kept their blood from being diluted. by any other breeds or horses. 

They are Iberian decent. 

Frosty Acres is located on 75 acres of rolling pastureland located in Export, PA. 

With clean springs and ponds for water. Several  run-in sheds for shelter.

Our foals grow up in a natural  setting. We strive to keep the natural surroundings along with our exceptional care.
